This page explains what each Korat plan actually gets you, and draws a clear line between what belongs to a shop and what belongs to an individual. This page does not publish prices yet — contact the team directly to ask about current pricing and terms.
Shop packages
Tied to the business account opened in the console, not to an individual — the higher tier always includes everything in the lower one.

Korat ID premium
Tied to your own personal account, unrelated to any shop.
Picking a username is always free. Any username (korat_id) six characters or longer can be set for free, no plan required. The 5 tiers below are for people who want a badge, a coloured profile ring, a shorter name, or a neon effect — a higher tier always includes everything in the lower ones, and you can still pick a name of any length even on the top tier.

Neon effects can be purchased today — the backend is live. On-screen rendering in the app and web is rolling out soon.
Korat ID premium rules
- A higher tier includes every lower one, and any name length still works — the top tier doesn't force a 1-character name; you can still pick something longer.
- Buying grants the right, not a name reservation — but if you specify a name at checkout, the system holds it until payment completes and sets it automatically the moment payment succeeds. If someone else takes the name while you're paying, your money is safe, you keep the right, and you can pick a new name immediately.
- You can rename once a year — except right after buying a new tier, which grants one immediate rename. That one-time rename doesn't carry over between cycles.
Rules that are actually enforced today
Renewal and expiry rules are the same for shop packages and Korat ID premium.
- Renewals add on top of the current expiry date — renew before it lapses and none of the remaining time is lost; the new cycle is added on top of the existing expiry date.
- 3-day grace period after expiry — access keeps working for 3 days past the due date before it's actually cut off, to leave time to transfer and confirm payment.
- A transfer awaiting confirmation is never cut off — if a payment slip has been submitted and is pending review, access stays on while it's checked.
- Prepay up to 5 cycles ahead — you can pay several cycles in advance so you don't have to transfer every time, but you can't queue more than 5 cycles ahead.
- Expiry closes the button, not the data — once the grace period passes you can't activate new access, but everything already recorded (menus, orders, reports, history) stays readable. Nothing is deleted or hidden.
- Today's payment channel — bank transfer with a photo of the slip for the team to review; card payment is coming.
FAQ
What is the difference between shop packages, add-ons and Korat ID premium
Shop packages (Shop Basic / Shop Pro) belong to a business, tied to the shop account opened in the console — not to you personally.
Add-ons and bundles are extras installed on top of a shop package, one at a time or as a bundle. A shop package is required first.
Korat ID premium is purely personal, unrelated to any shop. It buys a badge, a coloured ring, and a shorter username — tied to your own account, not a shop account.
Do I have to pay to pick a username
No. Any username six characters or longer can be set for free, no plan required. Korat ID premium has 5 tiers and only sells shorter usernames (5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 characters), along with a badge, a coloured ring, and — from the 2-character tier up — a neon effect on your profile and story.
If I buy Korat ID premium, do I get that name right away
