This page has no CSV/PDF/share button — every number is computed purely by the server, with no addition/subtraction on the web page side, so the figures in the console always match the mobile app exactly. If you need a file to use elsewhere, contact the team through the contact page.
A different page from "Sales report"
The "Sales report" menu (under storefront sales) summarizes sales and orders directly from the sales system in real time — the "Financial reports" on this page summarize from the actual accounting documents the shop issues (quotes, invoices, receipts). These two pages' numbers can differ if the shop sold something but hasn't issued the document yet, or issued a document that doesn't match what was actually sold.

Every amount can be clicked to see the real underlying line items (raw data rows, dates, line items, tax, amounts), not just a floating summary number.
The "Performance" report is not yet accounting profit
If the system doesn't yet know the cost of goods sold (raw material cost), the page will warn directly: "The system doesn't yet know the cost of goods sold, so the figure above is not yet accounting profit," and won't show a large profit figure with no expenses backing it up — this prevents sales revenue from being misread as profit.
What the system deliberately excludes
- VAT and tax on documents — not counted as the shop's revenue/expense, since it's money the shop holds on behalf of the government
- Staff tips — pass-through money the shop must forward to staff, not the shop's own income
- Bills that didn't close the sale — shown separately, not included in the sales total above
Genuinely empty vs. failed to load — not the same thing
A period with no real transactions yet shows "Nothing here yet for this period" — if loading fails, it shows the real reason with a retry button, not a 0 that looks identical. A 0 in a revenue report is a claim that "the shop had no revenue at all," and that claim must only ever come from the server.
Currency and timezone
Every number in the same report always uses the same currency. If the shop hasn't set a currency, the system shows a bare number with a warning banner, never guessing a ฿ symbol. The time period (today / 7 days / this month / 90 days / this year) is based on the shop's timezone and the server's clock — if the server's time can't be read, the system falls back to your own device's clock and says so on screen, without hiding it.
