My workplace — clock-in, leave, shifts and payslips

"My workplace" is the employee-facing half of the HR system a shop already uses to run its team. The half before this one — job posts, interviews and being hired — happens on the same account. The moment a business adds your account to its team, your clock punches, shifts, leave and payslips at that business show up here automatically — no second app to install, no second account to remember.

Clocking in and out, with GPS

Staff clock in and out with a GPS location attached, and can add a note if they want. Daily or hourly wages are calculated straight from actual clock punches — forgetting to clock in means no minutes recorded, and no pay for that day. A wrong or missed punch has to go through a correction request that a manager approves; staff can't edit their own clock time directly. None of this carries a monthly fee for the business; what a shop package and the add-on plugins each include is on the plans page.

Leave requests — approved in steps, not by one click

Leave can be filed from the app for any leave type the business has set up, with one exception: hourly leave still has to be filed through the shop's own side, not from the employee app. A business's approval chain can have more than one step, and the approve/reject buttons only show up for whoever is the actual approver of that particular step — decided by the same server-side capability check the rest of the console runs on — everyone else just sees the request as information.

Shift schedule — one day at a time, add or remove only

The shift schedule shows the team and shifts for one selected day at a time. Two shifts for the same person that overlap in time get flagged from that day's list, though the system doesn't stop a manager from scheduling them that way. A manager can add or remove a shift, but an existing shift cannot be edited — only deleted and re-created.

Payslips, overtime, and the staff ID card

Each pay run's payslip is calculated from actual clock punches and overtime past eight hours in a day. An ordinary member of staff only sees their own payslip — the call that fetches it has no parameter to name anyone else at all. A business's digital staff ID card also lives here, ready to show as proof of employment without opening several other screens. Tax and social-security withholding on the payslip follow Thai payroll rules (the forms a Thai employer files with the Revenue Department) — this part of the module is specific to running payroll in Thailand, not a general payroll-tax engine for any country.
