KoratShipping (carriers & base fee)
Choose the carriers this shop uses, and set a base shipping fee, so staff can enter tracking numbers for customers to track parcels in the app.
To charge shipping by distance in kilometers instead of a single flat rate, set it up in Distance-based shipping below.
Distance-based shipping
Shipping-fee tiers by distance in kilometers, for shops that deliver themselves (not through a third-party carrier) — e.g. one price for 0–3 km, a different price beyond that.
- 1Add a tier — up to how many kilometers, at what shipping cost
- 2The last tier must always be a "beyond that" tier (no maximum distance stated) — exactly one such tier, or saving fails
- 3Save — takes effect immediately for new orders coming in
Only applies to shops with delivery mode set to "self-delivery" — if no tiers are set at all, the system automatically falls back to the shop's single flat rate (from the "Shipping" section above).
Cross-border sales
State which countries this shop can ship goods or provide services to, split into three unrelated things:
- Ship goods abroad — choose to list only the countries you ship to, or open to the whole world and block specific countries
- Serve international customers in-store — a single switch, no per-country selection needed
- Provide remote services across borders — uses the same per-country selection style as shipping goods
The shop's own country can never be set as a blocked destination (since it's already the domestic market) — the system enforces this rule at the database level, not just on screen.
What can break
